importance for us to stabilize the FIRE behabiors. Our company has various
reward system to improve employee satisfaction and foster creativity.
Our rewards are quite flexible ranging from continuous ones to temporary
ones
- Continuous
Service Award:
Reward employees who have worked continuously for 10,20 and 30 years
- Award for Improvement:(VAproposal award):
Reward employees who improved the efficiency and effectiveness by inventing
or improving job processing, production, manufacturing, palnning and
development or by reducing cost through VA.
- Award for model behanior:
Reward model employees whose capability and capacity, working behavior
all lead other employees.
- Award for distinguished service:
Reward employees who prevented theft, fire and other disasters previously,
or who are meritorious during disasters.
- MVP Award:
Reward monthly and annual MVPs to groups based on each index.
Award to please customers when employees improve defects of products
shipped externally, Award to please Mr. Takeshita when employees improve
defects of products internally, Award to please all employees when profits
are gained
- FIRE Award:
Reward employees based on the Behavior Oriented Principle of FIRE. After
reviewing quarterly, excellent employees are rewarded.
- Award for slogan for quality:
Good slogans are rewarded after contested during the quality focus month
- Group Activity Award:
Excellence Award, Fighting-Spirit Award and Effort Award are rewarded
to groups with excellent activities
- Award for Exhibits:
Accept applications of works for external exhibitions, and reward the
excellent work based on the questionnaire at the venue and within the
company.
